The AutoPro12 is the latest edition to our range of card cutters designed for higher productivity whilst still remaining a "tabletop" machine.  In addition to accurately & efficiently slitting business cards, it can slit, score and perforate a wide range of other products.

The AutoPro12 feeds sheets onto an alignment table with micro registration and skew adjustments. Each sheet is accurately aligned and fed into pinch rollers that control the sheet as it moves into the blade cassette. A second set of pinch rollers controls and delivers the product into the receiving tray. To aid high volume work an optional slow down delivery conveyor is available.

The gutter and side waste is collected in a removable drawer. If high volumes are processed and a greater waste capacity is required the AutoPro12 can be used on a stand that will allow the waste to drop through an opening in the frame.

The slitting blades remove a 3.175mm (0.125”") wide gutter. These blades allow full bleed on all sides of the finished cards. Along with slitting, other combinations of scoring and perforating can be set on the removable cassette. If certain work or card sizes are run on a regular basis spare cassettes can be left set up and changed over in less than one minute.
When running business cards the best format is 10-up. The card stock must first be slit into two strips of five cards. After completing the first slitting pass, the blade cassette is reset (or changed) and the card strips processed along their other direction.
