NSF A3+ High Speed Foiling Machine
Ipex 2006 saw the European launch of the latest version of this High Speed Foiling Machine which features a Windows XP processor at the heart of its operating system. With an integrated touch screen the machine is incredibly easy to operate and can now feed sheets in excess of A3. Using the NSF A3+, customers can quickly and efficiently produce foil stamping, blind and foil embossing, or die cut products at speeds up to 5,500 impressions per hour.

The New Zip21 Enhanced SRA3 Card Cutter
The Zip21 has been enhanced as it now registers from a printed registration mark, and not the lead edge of the sheet. Visitors to IPEX 2006 were the first to see how this improves cutting accuracy and overcomes the problem of image drift from the printer. Software changes have increased the production speed by nearly 50% and at the flick of a switch the machine can process laminated stock that has been produced on a roll making it the most versatile A3 Card Cutter available today.

The AutoPro12 High Speed Card Cutter
The AutoPro12 is the latest addition to Caslon Limited’s range of card slitters and was unveiled for the first time in Europe at IPEX 2006 cutting 10 up cards from an A4 sheet. Quick set up and size changes with easy registration adjustment make this machine the ideal tool for today’s volume card producers. The AutoPro12 uses proven technology to run at speeds of up to 50,000 finished cards per hour whilst still maintaining the best finish on all four edges of the end product.

FoilTech Sublimation Foiling Machines can also laminate
The incredibly versatile FoilTech range can now laminate as well as produce foil effects from tonered images. A simple option can be fitted to allow the Standard and Professional models to run double sided lamination. Combine this with the Zip21 and you can produce foiled and laminated cards in minutes.

New Range of Perforating, Scoring and Slitting Rules
Caslon Limited is now marketing the Thompson range of offset perforating, scoring and slitting rules. The rules are designed to eliminate offline finishing and speed up production by enabling perforating, scoring and slitting to be run at the same time as printing.
