Thermography Machines
Thermography is a form of raised printing created by applying a special powder to wet ink and then melting it to form a smooth glossy three dimensional image.
Caslon first started in the Thermographic World in 1920 as the original U.K. distributor for the Virkotype Corporation who are sadly no longer in existence.
Caslon started making machines in 1950.
Caslon started making powders in 1970.
As machinery manufacture became uneconomical in the U.K. we teamed up with Therm-O-Type.
Our alliance has steadily grown offering European Thermographers the benefit from our joint product range, knowledge and experience.
